Our project located in rapidly growing district of Limassol becoming popular for business location which has advantage of convenient access to several major roads of the city as well as intercity highway. At the same time distance to the see with its beautiful promenade, beaches and parks is less than 2 kilometres. Because of this a number of renowned companies have chosen location in the same area: Porsche, Mercedes, Maseraty, Webzilla and a number of banks, brokers and smaller companies in the nearby business centres.

The building consists of 7 private offices of moderate space of around 90 sq. metres. Such offices are in high demand for location of small and medium size companies and are in short supply on the market at the moment due to booming construction of big commercial centres of luxury class, which are often redundantly and too expensive for small private companies.

The building is under construction utilising advanced technologies allowing for high comfort and energy efficiency. Each office will have full height windows of thermo-efficient profile and glazing along with soundproofing. External walls along with flooring and ceiling also to have efficient insulation to allow for comfortable micro climate and to reduce electricity bills.

Floors in the offices built using raised construction allowing ease of networking and cabling making working space even more flexible. Some areas will be divided by glass partitions allowing for bright and open working space.

Access to floors by lift and stairs arranged using electronic cards, which not only allow to keep privacy and security of every owner but also to merge offices on the same floor if some clients need bigger working space. In this case the client may effectively utilise common areas for reception purposes.

Office owners will enjoy access to a private green area behind the building where a garden and veranda will be constructed. Another small green park located just across the road.
